About The Evans Chronicles
Please sign in to see more.
Welcome to “The Evans Chronicles”. This website is dedicated to my Evans and Flowers families. My paternal Evans ancestors came to Greenville, Madison County, Florida from somewhere in South Carolina before 1870. My maternal Flowers ancestors come to Cherry Lake, Madison County, Florida from somewhere in South Carolina before 1870. Many of my paternal and maternal family still reside in each of these locations. I hope and pray that this website tells, at least, a part of our ancestral story. I am the son of Elias Jordan Evans and Eulee Flowers…..

I am building this website (“The Evans Chronicles”) as a better place on the internet that’s on an open platform where the best family stories rise to the top. It consists of individuals, events, and families that are located within the database of Elias J Evans (aka Jr. Boy) and they all may NOT necessarily be related in any way. However, it is an accumulation of researched records, oral stories, family events, and documented history across several areas of interest by Elias J Evans. This site is an unending work in process….

A special thanks to all who will and have assisted and made a contribution to my database.

NOTICE: Information on living persons on this site is NOT accessible for public viewing, except their name, which will only demonstrate their family connection when known.

The purpose for placing the contents of this database online is to share the data/information collected from my research with others in my ‘families’ and the genealogical community who may have a connection to the individuals and families found in my genealogy, family, and community areas of interest….Elias J Evans

The areas of interest include:

1). My families, direct ancestral & descendant lines. Especially for my children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all future generations. NOTE: Elias Evans ancestral lines are color-coded (Evans, Flowers, Greens & Wrights).
2). Persons from other groupings include spouses and relatives of direct, collateral, and extended family members, etc. through common surnames, locations, and events found in the ancestral and descendant timelines for the families of Elias J Evans.

My ancestor's Surnames, Primary locations, and time periods are:
